Buying and selling advice
In Inmobiliaria AM we manage from the start to advise any operation, using all legal procedures in order to make the process easier.
When lead management, which we will consider are the costs that correspond, according to law, to each party. They are:
- BUYER

- Capital transfers (housing 2nd hand).
- VAT (new house).
- Notary costs.
- Registration fees.

- SELLER

- Cancellation mortgage (if applicable).
- Appreciation.
- If abroad, retains 3% in respect of IRNR (Income Tax Non-Resident).

Once you have applied the necessary documentation to ensure us that the property is free of encumbrances, we headed to the notary with sellers and buyers for we formalize the deed
